Accessibility Statement

Moore Solutions Inc. (MSI) — gomsi.net

Last updated: May 16, 2026

Our Commitment

Moore Solutions Inc. (MSI) is committed to ensuring that our platforms — including our Learning Management System (LMS), Content Management System (CMS), and this website — are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to educational technology.

We are actively working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility and the technical standard established by the ADA Title II accessibility rule for state and local government entities and their technology vendors.

What We Cover

This accessibility statement applies to:

  • The MSI Learning Management System (LMS) platform
  • The MSI Content Management System (CMS) platform
  • The MSI website at gomsi.net

Conformance Status

MSI’s platforms are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively identifying and remediating accessibility issues as part of our ongoing development process. Our target is to achieve full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across all platform features.

What We Have Done

To improve and maintain accessibility, MSI:

  • Targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the conformance standard for all new feature development.
  • Incorporates accessibility requirements into our software development lifecycle. Accessibility is evaluated during design, development, and quality assurance testing for every product release.
  • Tests our platforms using automated accessibility scanning tools (including axe and Lighthouse) as part of our continuous integration and deployment pipeline.
  • Conducts manual keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility testing for key user flows.
  • Designs all core platform functions to be operable using keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse or pointer device.
  • Does not use a separate “accessibility mode” or alternate interface. Accessibility features are built into the standard platform experience.

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are actively working to address them:

  • Third-party application activities: Some course activities and assignments are designed to be completed inside third-party desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. The accessibility of those activities is subject to the accessibility features and limitations of the respective application. MSI does not control the accessibility of third-party applications. Users who require accessibility accommodations for activities conducted inside a third-party application should contact their instructor or institution.
  • Visually-dependent simulated activities: Some course activities are simulated exercises that require the use of visual design applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. These activities involve visual tasks (such as color selection, layout design, and image manipulation) that are inherently visual in nature and currently require sight to complete. We recognize this is a limitation and encourage instructors to contact MSI or their institution’s accessibility office to discuss alternative assessment options for students who may be affected.
  • JavaScript requirement: MSI’s platform requires JavaScript to be enabled in the browser for most features to function correctly. While we endeavor to ensure that core content is accessible without JavaScript where possible, the full platform experience — including interactive course activities, assessments, and navigation — requires JavaScript to be enabled. Users who cannot enable JavaScript should contact support@gomsi.net to discuss available options.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed above, please let us know using the contact information below.

Technical Approach

MSI’s platforms rely on the following web technologies for conformance:

  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript (required for most platform features — see Known Limitations above)
  • WAI-ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) for dynamic content and custom interface components

Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our platforms are designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers: NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
  • Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • High contrast display modes

Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our platforms. If you encounter a barrier, cannot access content, or need an accessible alternative, please contact us:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 3 business days. We are committed to providing accessible alternatives and to addressing reported barriers promptly.
